TaskNaija keeps 10% of the money from paid tickets as its fee. The organizer receives the remaining 90% after the event. Free tickets carry no fee.
The rate that applied on the day a ticket was sold stays the same for that ticket. A later change in the percentage only affects new sales.
Ticket buyers pay by bank transfer into TaskNaija's account shown on the order page. Never pay into any other account.
A ticket is confirmed only after TaskNaija has seen the money in its account. Sending proof does not confirm a ticket.
Tickets you book are held for you for a limited time. If payment is not made in time, the tickets go back on sale.
Organizers are paid after the event has taken place, once TaskNaija has confirmed it went ahead. Payout is by bank transfer to the account the organizer provides.
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, buyers are refunded in full. If an event is postponed, tickets stay valid for the new date unless the buyer asks for a refund.
TaskNaija may remove an event, hold payouts or refuse bookings if it looks false, unsafe or against our Terms.
